To come up with a successful weight-loss programme, you need to carefully assess your goals.often it is temping to set a goal and hope to achieve it very soon without pausing to consider the reasonable time it would take to attain if you dont achieve your goel within the time that you have set ,it can lead to frustration and feeling of failure
to plan your food intake, write down everything that you eat and drink every day
ideally, you should eat a light breakfast a mid-morning snack such as a fruit;an afternoon snack such as a cup of yoghurt and dinner .
either dinner or lunch should be a light meal
check what you drink-you should have at least eight glass of water and one drink with calories.
watch out for fried foods and high calories snacks.include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet plan
it is very positive and rewarding task to feel that you are going to put in extra effort to take care of yourself but to focus only on weight reduction isnt being kind on yourself
good luck

Oh sweetie! bless you.
I always had a problem with my weight when i was younger. My mom said it was just puppy fat and it would drop off as i got older. Its only been this year at age 26 that ive lost the weight and gone down to a size 8. Why dont you become more active, join a dance or sport club. Walk to school instead of using the bus. Dont worry though, there is nothing wrong with carrying a bit of weight x x

no can advise you we dont know your build is,how tall you are or your metabolic rate, or what you eat now, or if there is some underlying medical reason, or what you call fat and i call puppy fat or your natural fat that will go once you start to grow upwards.the best person to see about a diet is a doctor, he can check you out to see if there is any medical reason for your ''fat''.
you are very young to be worried about weight, unless you know and only you know how much food you consume, if that is the case ,then yet again the doc is the best person to see.
PS HARRY IS NOT CORRECT, i have four girls all who carried a few pounds over what society dictated, they are all happily married, its whats inside that counts, personality and character.
i know its not trendy advice but it is the best you will get. good luck regards LF

be happy as you are. When girls go thru puberty, they do gain a little bit of weight. Its entirely normal, and you grow out of it! eat plenty of fresh, healthy foods, fruit and vegies especially, and do a little bit of excercise. I go running with a couple of my girlfriends evry 2 days, we have since we were the same age. Its much easier to do when there is somebody to talk to. You'll be fine, dont worry about your weight, and goodluck!

The first thing you need to do is change your thinking. You don't have to be slim, instead say that you want to be healthy - there's a big difference.
