so the case: My back moller is in pain well at least the gums are because another moller is comming in throgh the gums and it hurts terriable bad and i dont know what to do

It sound like your wisdom teeth is coming out-that's the last tooth in that area. You can take some over the counter pain medication. There's nothing u can do unless u want it taken out, then go see your dentist. But it will go away and sometimes come back until the tooth comes out, if it persists than there might be no room for it. GO see your detnist and consult for the best treatment.

It isn't going to go away permanently until you do something. Dentist for you, I'm afraid. If you are in the USA I hope you have dental insurance and a bit more besides.

Either grin and bear it, go get some Anbesol or other benzocaine 20%, or go to the dentist.

this is what i used to do when my kids teething was give them a frozen suckie to chew on
like a ring of gel you can freeze
they seemed to calm down then
