I have my eye on this guy that i have known for quite some time! we have been friends for a while but nothing has seemed to eventuate, he keeps saying to me "we should catch up sometime?" but when i try and organise something he always seems so be busy or working, its frustrating! also he usually only talks to me via msn or text messages, and it seems like he is flirting with me but when we meet up in person he doesn't flirt with me at all!!!, do you think he likes me or is he just being friendly?!?

Flirting does not justify likeness or love. He might have something better in mind for you. Give him time and let's see what comes out of it, at least in the process you'll know him better to know whether he loves you or not

i don't think he really is serious about it. The guy that i like say the same to me. He say "i would be very happy to catch up with you again". But he never bother to ask me out anymore. When i try and organise something, he did show up but later i got to know he doesnt really mean it, and all he wants is only flirting, to fill his spare time.

Have you ever thought that he might prefer you as a friend only or that he is waiting for the right time when he himself organises something for you, he may be shy or he he may be trying to cut his other ties off before launching with you.

The problem is he thinks you want to get together as "friends", which is the most unappealing thing to a guy.
Explain to him that you want more than "friends". He'll come around pretty quickly.

Just being friendly or too plain hard to get, and as my husband says he may just be shy.

He doesn't have the guts to go out with you in reality. Text him or ask him out online.

I think he wants you but he does not have the nerve to act like that when face to face.
