well I am pretty sure 99.9% of sane guy don't mind that a girl has a crush on them, and they really do love the attention, because it boosts their ego so much. So no they don't hate it, but well when it comes down to what the girls does to her crush, that's when the line between enjoying the attention and him avoiding you comes into play. So well if you like a guy and he knows it, it's wonderful he won't be bothered by it one bit, but if you go and keep on bothering him every second of the day, and come on as obessive. Then your going to lead yourself into the problem that he just doesn't like the attention anymore, because it's become annoying. lol believe me one of my friends has this very problem right now and he told me that if she had just acted normal and not so obessive of trying to get together with him, there could have been a chance he would have done it.

Why not? They sure do except that they may most likely prefer something good and exciting to come out of the crush

yes, it gives them a good self esteem unless the girl is ugly.Makes them feel wanted or liked.
