Healthier...? It's a close call. Better...? That's up to the person doing the drinking.

My vote goes to (delicious, nutritious, vitamin-enriched) Nestle's Quick in 2% milk. I usually have a glass for my breakfast...which I wouldn't dare do with a beer.
