How do I locate a vocal coach in Singapore?

I'm interested in classical singing/ generally good singing habits. Does anyone know of any vocal coaches?

Yes, off Kandang Kerbau Hospital, there's a Chinese opera troupe. Hang out for a while and maybe you can ask the nyonya to teach you how to sing.

there is a new Singapore Conservatory of Music, part of the National University of Singapore. I assume they have a vocal department and can recommend someone.
