(Related to my other question) The guy I like, who's friend's with my ex, keeps talking about my ex when we're together. Does that mean he wouldn't want to be more than friends with me because of my previous relationship? Or is he trying to see how I feel about my ex? Or...?

your ex is his friend. Going with you will mean he'll loose his friend and may be you as well at some point if you still have feelings for your ex. May be he is sub-consciously making efforts to be close to both of you. If you want to stop this, give him the impression (not with words but with your actions) that he is the most important person in your life and will ever be.

i'm perplexed. you're saying which you and your fiancee have been at the same time for 3 years and purely now do you prefer to declare some thing approximately his pointing out his ex daily? Why did no longer you're saying some thing on the commencing up of your courting? that's kinda previous due now, do no longer you think of? If that's rather bothering you, then purely tell him.

It depends:
*If he's testing you ..you'll see that he speaks about him and he's focusing on your reaction:looking in your eyes, asking u what do you think of him,do u still love him ..
*If he's jealous u'll realize that very easily..he'll try to minimize him in front of you..by telling some of his stories, mentionning his defaults..
*but if he's trying to tell u to be friends..then u'll notice that he talks about ur x in a serious way..meaning :" it's bothering me ur previous relationship with my friend"
Anyway, you can very honestly ask him..to make things clear..and stop being anxious .. Good Luck :)

He probably doesn't feel up to par to your ex. He probably wants to see it in your eyes [due to parinoia and really liking somebody] that you like him better than your ex. Guys are to prideful to just ask.

i think he's jealous my husband brings up my ex's sometimes too, but he's told me it's only because he's jealous and he wants you to say something bad about them so he will feel better about himself...
