I LOVE this!! get a cake mix (chocolate) do everything that it says to do. right b4 you put it into the cake pan, add a can of cherry pie filling, the whole thing. stir it up and bake like you normally would. it MIGHT require a few extra minuts in the oven. frost it and cut into squares. Get some pecans or another type of nut and grind them up into little bits and sprinkle over the icing and put a mariccino cherry on top of every peice. BEST DESSERT EVER. (the cherries will settle to the bottom of the cake, so dont be alarmed)

Apple crisp. My dad and I always used to make it together when I lived at home. I loved when it was ready just out of the oven and put ice cream on it...nothings better than that!

This cheesecake that my mom makes. It isn't a traditional cheesecake though. It is made with jello mix, crushed pineapple, and whipped milnot (or evaporated milk) and it has a graham cracker crust. It is soooooo good.
