Yes they should be banned in schools, because not only are they not the healthiest thing you can drink, they give you gas(the sugar) and it can become uncomfortable when you're sitting with a bunch of students in class.
If they want a coke they can get one on the way home and drink it when they do their home work.

No because people should make their own decision if they want to drink them or not. Then if soft drinks are banned, everything else like fast food, chocolate, cakes, etc will follow.
Besides, I need my coke! I cant drink water all the time.

Why bother trying to ban all of them gassy soft drinks?
People will wise up and stop drinkin' them,. hun.
Most intelligent guys like me already don't touch the gassy stuff, 'cause it makes you wanna fart!
Fresh fruit juices have been ruling for a long time now and will come back, in due course of time.

well realistically they wont be however there should be laws stopping companies from advertising in a way which presents to the yound audiences that it is ok to have bottles and bottles a day, there should be regulations which has restrictions on these companies from saying if you drink this youll be living the good party hard, beach life

No they should not be banned. People need to control their self usage of these drinks. Too much anything can be harmful. Banning them would..................... wait, there are way too many fat people in the U.S. maybe we should ban them. I'm tired of all the fat people.

I don't think they should be banned, except for in school sales. Kids should have healthier drink choices.
