I'd say 10:30 am or 10:40 am onwards u can call up people coz generally when people go to their office they are too much in haste and to settle down in the office one needs persona; space and time to feel the office atmosphere sink in if u call up say at 9:15 am or say 9:30 am they r uneasy or thinking bout wat all things they have to do for the entire day so they wud b irritated more so to eceive ur call just when they r themselves charting their own working day and time so give them space and anyways u mentioned that calling up people to thank them is a small part of ur job so u urself can plan ur work accordingly and allocate the time of calls to b made when u come to office urself and then u surely wud end up on the phone for say maximum an hour or 2 so say from 1:45 am u can go till 12:15 pm thanking people for their charity.
U urself are a working person ask urself how u feel the moment u enter ur office are u settled or u want to chart things off nicely and then get on with the work...Well this is my logic and i thik people want to b settled in office when they do come to work.

I work from 9-5 mainly on phones and have to make a range of calls regarding many things in the hospital - I choose to make most of mine between 10:30 and 11:30 as this is the time when everything in the office wakes up. Even though only 30mins 10am is too early and 12pm every one just wants to go on lunch and after that it is all downhill as everyone wants to go home.
Hope this helps

Definately there isn't surely a right time to call cause any time would be a turn off since you are asking for a donation... but howver you may try to call them based on where they are attached too. Example calling some one who is working in the bank, you may want to call them in the morning instead before they actually start their daily routine... so that they may not be too tighted up with their work to actually listen to you before shutting you off. Where else for retail ( not outlet reatail but the retail management) you may want to call them in the later morning after they have settled in say about 10.30am to 11.30am. Or ideally you may call them after lunch which is another way to tackle the outburts of a definate NO on the spot maybe then after a nice lunch and realxing from a tough morning they may be much nicer on the phone and actually entertain you call.... but all this is subjective and is on case to case basis.

Probably 10-11 am. That way you are not intruding into the aftermath of the morning rush or lunch time arrangements. It is not clear whether you are phoning people at work as well as at home. If you are phoning at work, then you are probably interrupting the schedule whatever time you pick!

Anytime from 9 to 1 is fine. I would say anytime between 9 and 4 pm is fine, as most people are awake by then, and not yet sitting down to dinner.

I would say anytime after 10.30 am, the school run is generally over by then and the people who don't work have usually done their bits and bats of shopping and got back home again.

That is a difficult question, considering some people work, i would say after 10am would be a good time to begin. Good luck and God bless

I don't think it matters what time you call them-it's very nice of you to do so. I would say start calling people at about 9.30, it's not too early for most people.
