Ive been infatuated with this girl for 8 months.
She has a boyfriend, so i decided not to actually persue anything.

I spent that time looking elsewhere, not just focusing on her, but 8 months later i still think about her all the time.

She doesnt see her boyfriend very often, i dont think its a super strong relationship.

Should i just wait it out, or should i casually mention that i find her attractive. (in my head im hoping she is just holding onto the relationship cos they havent fallen out - and if i said something, you never know)

what should i do, if i say something i dont expect her to dump him, more i just want her to know and get it off my chest, just dont know what to say

uh go up to her and ask her out or just ask what she is doing for like the weekend or something - seem interested in something that she likes

You have to really think about this, from all angles- not just your own. How would you feel if you where her boyfriend? first of all. If you steal her away real easy, how do you know that later in your relationship with her when some guy comes along (when you's have problems) that looks good to her that she wont run away with him instead. I know that the temptation is driving you crazy but just wait it out. We all want what we cant have, that's what your drive is and that's why you want her so bad( besides the fact that shes hotttt and I'm sure a wonderful girl)...... there are millions upon millions of girls out in the world.

You should always be true to what ever you show about your feelings towards anyone. Baby I think that you should tell her as well as show her that you would be the one to be there for her. She probably feels alone in her relationship but don't be her rebound guy give her time to wash that relationship down her system properly then look forward to a relationship. Things would work out trust and everything would work out. Good luck...

I'm almost afraid that if you say something to her about it, she's going to see you as coming on too strong because of the fact that she is involved. If you're not already, be friends with her first, then that will allow her to decide for herself where she wants her relationship with you to go. Good luck.

Listen ..what about asking her "as a friend" ..if she's happy in her realtionship..does she love her boyfriend ..what does she think about love ..anything that makes you know how deep is her relationship with that guy..If she loves him ..then forget it ..go live your life..have a gf..try to forget about it ..If she's not in love with him ..Then go head..and tell her about your feelings..
