i keep on pronouncing the F sound as P and V as B.. please help!!

This should be relatively easy if you concentrate. F and V just require you to press your top front teeth against your bottom lip and push the air out. Watch people when they talk and you will see. If you can get it right, then it is mostly just a matter of practicing and concentrating on doing it when you are speaking to people. You mouth wil eventually get into the habit and you should be good. It works for people learning English, so it should work for you.

Speech therapy is probably your best bet. If you go to public school, your administrators should be able to put you in touch with a speech therapist.

practice articulation,Say EEEE and then PPPP and then easy 'P' words like 'peas please'. The same approach with 'f' words Say FE FE FE and then easy 'F' fords like 'feed'. Our grandson has a minor speech prob. and practices this approach and seems to be doing better. You keep practicing and all will be well

I have a lisp (not as bad as it was) and I had speech therapy for years as a child.

It's a phonetic disorder dear.. speech therapy will be your best bet on this one...
