It sure is :
Yea though I tell ye, he who cannot cut and paste will not inherit the kingdom of god.

By reading many of the answers on here one might begin to suspect that it was in bible school 101 that these religious people were taught that. 'Lo you be not christian lest you quote chapter & verse' or a member of any other organized religion for that matter. Class 101 seems to have been taught world wide!
Myself I believe in God and am a follower of Jesus Christ but I speak from my heart about my feelings and what God has revealed to me to be His Truth. This is the way of a true and faithful witness as it was laid down to be 2 thousand years ago.
To go about quoting chapter and verse does nothing but show the ability of the retentativeness of ones memory, geee..........you can recite something. Big Deal. CAN YOU LIVE IT EVERYDAY IN ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR LIFE!!! It's obvious they can't and they call themselves christians. I'm sure there are a few that are that have been caught up in this pratice and just don't know any better. But to the rest all I can say is WAKEUP!!! To go through your life with a head full of bible tapes ready to spew them out is horrid. I don't think they have ever considered what kind of feeling they are passing on to others when they do this. I know it does not feel good I've been bombarded with it for years.
OK you so called christians I've had my say now bring on your persecution God built me to take it.

No. I am a Christian Pastor, and I have been on this forum Since March 3, 2006, and I have never once cut and pasted an answer. We are to know what the Bible says, and be ready to defend our faith at any time.

You do not have to know every word of the bible by memory. It's helpful if you want to preach to people. There is also nothing in the bible saying there is going to be a test when you die and if you fail you are going to hell.

And the Lord said "Let he who is thine servant cut and past thine words all over the internet and bug the crap out of everyone with thine boring and idiotic nonsense." Matthew 99:01

no - the only requirement for becoming a Christian is accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.
