Well I can't answer for all women but I can answer for me.
I would say personality, humor and looks.
I don't really care about brains as much as I do about a spiritual connection. I want someone I can connect with spiritually and intellectually. Someone to hold a conversation with that you can't have with anyone else.
I want someone with a great personality that is spontaneous and adventurous and surprises me. Someone creative and romantic that also makes me laugh my a** off.
Looks are a plus but really all I ask for is some good hygiene and some cute hair and clothes, that can make the difference between attractive and unattractive.
And that first thing mentioned, from experience, it doesn't really matter...it's more important how passionate and creative the person is in bed.

What do women really want, we really dont know what we want thats the thing were always going to be changing our mids as well as everything else so all the guys just have to be patient with us. Want we want out of you guys is someone honest, caring and loving and someone who listens to us,Most of dont care about the looks cause the inside is what counts. But the looks count for some things cause there gots to be attraction a spark.

Ideally, women (and men, too) want it all. Realistically speaking, most people settle for those less than their ideal person. You just have to be attracted to the other person in some way, either physically, mentally or both.

Personaly I like a guy with Brains but who has looks as well I also like a guy that can make me laugh when ever what ever Money isn't that important to me not that I'm saying I wouldn't like a guy that could spoil me rotten LoL ;)
