Wow! Im very impressed with everyone so far. In fact, its making me feel inferior! However, the people that clean/change their sheets very rarely are probably not going to be very forthcoming with that information! lol

i clean mine at least once a week usually every 4 to 5 days not because I'm dirty i just love getting into clean crisp sheets. however my kids of 23 & 20 change theres about once a month they are scummy lads as are most men lol

I change my sheets every two to three weeks and usually wash them once a month.

I aim for once a week, but it ends up as once a month. I've got too much to do over here, and I travel a lot on the weekends.

At least once a week, sometimes twice (but thats only if my 3 dogs decide to use it as a giant dog bed and put paw marks everywhere!).

Never, I don't sleep on my bed and it doesn't have sheets either. I have the habit of sleeping on my couch right after watching some TV.

Well, I live in a hostel. Supposedly, my sheets are cleaned every three days.

i would never get into a dirty bed i would rather starve ,i change the bed every-week never miss, even when i was a one parent family, the beds were changed every week, even though i only had one set os sheets per bed,,,,,,,,
theres no excuse.

Generally fortnightly simply because i find it such hard work! If it was just my bed it'd be fine but i do my daughters too (she's 2) and i find i have quite enuf washing without giving myself another extra job weekly!
speaking of which its time i changed them today! wish me luck!
