Pd the foot thing is never gona work for me. I can't even do the circles without falling out of the chair! lol
but the relaxation technique I am going to file away for future use.

I tried drawing the number 6 in the air, but I only had 5 fingers on my right hand to do it with.

i tried that foot thing. it didn't change direction when i drew a 6 in the air. actually, i did it a few times just to make sure. never changed direction.
great relaxation technique, by the way!

haha these worked for me
the foot thing made me crack up..
and the drowning thing had me rolling..
imagine the stress i can get rid of with this new knowledge..
