As-Salaam Alaykum. Ramadan Karriem Sister!
Dress Code for Women
[33:59] O prophet, tell your wives, your daughters, and the wives of the believers that they shall lengthen their garments. Thus, they will be recognized (as righteous women) and avoid being insulted. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
[33:60] Unless the hypocrites, and those with disease in their hearts, and the vicious liars of the city refrain (from persecuting you), we will surely grant you the upper hand, then they will be forced to leave within a short while.
[33:61] They have incurred condemnation wherever they go; (unless they stop attacking you,) they may be taken and killed.
[33:62] This is GOD's eternal system, and you will find that GOD's system is unchangeable.
24:31] And tell the believing women to subdue their eyes, and maintain their chastity. They shall not reveal any parts of their bodies, except that which is necessary. They shall draw their headcoverings over their chests, and shall not relax this code in the presence of other than their husbands, their fathers, the fathers of their husbands, their sons, the sons of their husbands, their brothers, the sons of their brothers, the sons of their sisters, other women, the male servants or employees whose sexual drive has been nullified, or the children who have not reached puberty. They shall not strike their feet when they walk in order to shake and reveal certain details of their bodies. All of you shall repent to GOD, O you believers, that you may succeed.*
People have put their own spin on things. Like the burka! The thing is just modesty. The Quran instructs us not to dress to attract sexual attention. But the Quran does refer to head coverings. And the last ayat I gave you. Before that ayat women wore headscarves but the top of their chest was still very exposed, thus this ayat was revealed. I believe Aisha wore a head covering. As-Salaam Alaykum, Your Muslim Sister Artist
You may find this article interesting: It is the history of the Islamic Dress for women. It is objective and netural.

Salam :) I'm a Muslim teen dwelling in Canada. I put on hijab alhamdullilah and it is for essentially the most aspect accredited right here in view that i reside in a enormous town with a gigantic Muslim populace. I do get the few ignorant feedback and idiots at college despite the fact that who ask stuff like "yo acquired a bomb below there hahaha". But the toughest aspect is being special out of your peers. Being a Muslim, events, alcohol courting boys dressed in revealing apparel and many others is haram, and whilst I do not desire to try this besides, it may be somewhat awkward to have got to provide an explanation for why I do not do it to folks who keep in mind it only a aspect of being a teen and its average to them. Muslims dwelling in Muslim international locations certainly have it less difficult in the case of becoming in. And with meals it may be somewhat complex however I regularly attempt to learn the label if I'm no longer definite of the materials. But I would not wanna be every other faith regardless of how tricky it will get and the way special I think from every person else, I'm happy to be Muslim :)

Yes all muslimas should wear a hijab and long clothes when going out which cover through out their bodies including their necks.. You can read surah 24 An Nuur verse 31 that Allah instructed women who believe in Allah to cover their privy and their sight and do not show their bodies except that is ussully can be seen. They should cover their heads and necks with hijab down to their breasts. They only can show their privy to their husbands, their parents, their parents in law,to their children,to their brothers and sisters and to other muslimas.

In Iran girls are wearing jeans and short mantos that are very fashionable with pretty thin coulerful scarves that let their hair fly out (I don't like that way of wearing scarves they should respect Islam).and they put on too much make up.How beautiful they are. what niqab?which country are you talking about?they are much more beautiful than American models and their beauty is natural.some tend to wear black because it's more formal than for example pink!In Iran some girls wear evey colur such as pink, purple, light green, yellow, orange but black is heavier than all of them.I like black colour too.not being naked causes you not to be looked at as a walking sex-object.In fact a man really respects you when he sees that you're not like some other girls.you're heavy and you don't pay attention to men's temptation. That's when you decide to behave according to God's rules. In Iran most of the girls do not cover their hair fully and they wear very tight cloths that surely isn't according to what God orders them. But those who have complete hijab are always great.

It is not a debated issue, islam's view on this is clear, if a woman has reached puberty, no parts of her body should be seen except her hands and face.

SALAM ALAIKUM SISTER
AS A CONVERT I KNOW THAT IT IS NECCESSARY FOR A MUSLIM WOMEN TO COVER HER WHOLE BODY EXCEPT YOUR FACE AND HANDS.
SOME MUSLIM SISTERS DO ARGUE ABOUT WHETHER TO COVER THE WHOLE FACE EXCEPT EYES OR NOT BUT WHEN READ THE QURAN IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED TO COVER EVERYTHING EXCEPT HANDS AND FACE.
EVEN YOUR FEET HAVE TO BE COVERED.
I HOPR THIS HELPS
SALAM ALAIKUM
