i asked the girl i like to the mall with a few friend and then later she sent me a email asking what time and thenwe get on a new conversation on aol and she gives me her phone number out of no where
was that to call her about going to the mall or does she just want me to call her?

Well there is only one way to know althought I think that she gave the number to you so that you could do both. Maybe I would be wrong so what I would do in your shoes I would call her and slip in the reminder of my invitation to the mall. Even and short steps always take you through the right part so hold up tiger and take it slow if you see a stop sign proceed with caution. One thing girls hate is a clingy guy or well most of us because I would honestly hate a guy who would be trying to hard to get my attention or trying to always be around me. But you should definitely call her act casual and almost to the end of the conversation slip in your invitation to the mall just to ensure that you haven't mistaken to phone call.

When a girl gives you her phone number it means she wants you to call her. Also if you are interested in this girl, rather than invite her to hang with you and your friends at the mall, take her somewhere and talk with her one on one. Maybe over a coke or something.

Simple, call her and say "Hey, what's up? Did you have a question about the mall thing?" She'll take it from there, trust me. She'll cut it short if she didn't want you to call her. Girls always want you to call if they give you their number.

it could be just to call her about going to the mall, but take her advice, call her, talk to her about the mall and take it from there... Who knows you could get lucky with this one
