My mum always made the best macaroni and cheese. That is what I loved best. She also makes great cookies.

my mum isnt the best of cooks so i grew up on canned spaghetti. that said, i loved canned spaghetti and always hoped that i'd know how to make it when i was an adult. well i've gone one further and am able to make canned spaghetti jaffles and my mum's so proud. i know its the same but i still like mum's canned spaghetti better.

One of the favorites was fried chicken with mashed potatoes and milk gravy made with bacon drippings, milk and flour, and of course corn on the cob with it. My mother's chocolate cake was also awesome, but I really miss her baked custard. :(

My mom's pyrohy (perogies) and holubtsi (cabbage rolls). I've duplicated the pyrohy, but never the holubtsi!
My son's 15 and he adores my homemade pizza, holubtsi, "crunchy" chicken, casseroles, and how I make eggplant.
