Go with Priceline. I work at a hotel, and their prices are always lower AND you can actually view the hotel on the website. Hotwire does not let you view the hotel or the address until AFTER you have booked a non-refundable room.

I have worked in the Hotel Industry for 20 years. I would book only with a brand through their own website. They do not ask for money upfront there are no secret (all sites have them) fees also some websites will charge you anywhere from $25.00 up to 1 nights stay to make changes or cxl. The chain websites and toll free numbers allow a lot more freedom. The rates are much better and its much easier to solve any problems should one araise. Hotwire, Expedia, Hotels.com...they just want your money, it is the brand that is concerned that you have a good stay!!! Most brands have a deal that if you find the same room cheaper you get your first night free.
