You do not get Aids you get HIV ... AIDS is a progressed stage of HIV.. you get it though any kind of unsafe sex or sharing needles ... you can get it from anal vaginal and oral... If you get infected with HIV you more and likely one day get AIDS.... AIDS is the advanced stage of HIV... It is good to get you check every 6 months to a year depending on how many sex partner you have... it is better to be safe then sorry... ~from someone that knows!!! ~

Anytime 2 individuals mucous membranes come in contact with eachother's fluids this can happen. Sex, both anal and regular, can transmit HIV. you can also get it from Oral sex, but it would be very rare, as in both of you would have to have a deep bleeding cut in your mouths to get it.
