I'm going to see this kid who can't see well, he just got out of the hospital, and I don't know the kid. what should buy him?

A wonderful soft cuddly stuffed animal. If it makes a soothing sound, that would be nice too. (It can be "boy-like" and still be soft and cuddly).
Then, get to know him!! Sounds like he need friends in his life.

Try not to get to complicated or meaningful with your present, he is a 4 yr old boy who prolly dosent feel the best right now and just needs something to hug and be his friend, and since he is a 4 yr old he will most likely be rough with his toys, so make sure it's a sturdy one.
