They are "floaters", little particles that float in the aqueous humor of the eye. However, they usually do not appear before age 25 -30. If you are younger than that, it might be good to have an ophthalmologist examine you; they are usually harmless, but there is a possibility that they are an indication of a problem, especially if they are severe (meaning they are always visible and in the line of vistion).

Previous answers are correct. These are floaters, and they are relatively harmless. It is most common in folks who are nearsighted. Are you? At most, they are simply annoying, with the following exception:

If you suddenly see new floaters, or eye floaters accompanied by flashes of light or peripheral vision loss, it could indicate serious conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, vascular abnormalities such as retinal hemorrhages or carotid artery disease, or the beginning of a retinal detachment. The retina can tear if the shrinking vitreous gel pulls away from the wall of the eye. This sometimes causes a small amount of bleeding in the eye that may appear as new floaters.

In the event of those conditions, please see an optometrist as soon as possible.

What light exactly? It could be that it's just very bright, that often happens to me when I look at a bright light or you might have some sort of eye problem. Describe the light and the specks more. If your'e very concerned, I would ask your doctor.

If ur referring to the light blurs then its because of the eyes cells transferring the feed from it to the brain...

But if ur talking about the cell like stuff moving infront I think that they are actually cells right on top of the eye floating on the surface wet area which are focused due to light conditions....

Hope it is the answear..

They are called "floaters" they are tiny broken blood vessels in your eyes. They are permanently there, they only become visible once in a while. I notice them on overcast days, like something catching the corner of my eye.
