Being a lightweight I'm aiming for a similar physique to caol uno, jens pulver, genki sudo etc. when i'm doing my weights. Are their any articles or web sites where these guys give up there secrets?

The Men's Fitness mag has featured some of the fighters like Rich Franklin and Matt Hughes before and listed their workouts in there. You can go to their website and search previous issues. Some of the fighters like Belfort, Couture, and a few others even have their own MMA workout/training videos. You can find the videos at Amazon.com or through Sherdog.com.
