I know it sounds typical but diet and exercise! What you should do is join a gym with somebody; parent, sibling, friend. Going together would help motivate you. And once you start exercising you won't want to eat fat foods, so you'll start a healthy diet. If you can't do that or dont' want to, than you should buy DVD's for exercising and do them at home. What also helps is setting a realistic goals, say drop a jean size in 3months...you have to allow pleenty of time do loose a lot. Keeping a chart of what you do and when and stuff helps too, have a calender to help...Just keep in mind, muscle weighs more than fat, so you shouldn't keep a score of your weigh, but your BMI-Body Mass Index, which is your body fat percentage. You also have to keep in mind that your body is different from everyone-you may be the same height as another person, but you'll have say bigger hips and the other person doesn't...either way you have to love yourself first just the way you are and want to live more healty-whatever you do, just keep up with it cause if you don't you'll just gain it back...you may just have a slower metabolism...

Your body is a machine. It takes in fuel (food, measured in calories), and then uses that fuel to keep your body alive and for you to do work (exercise).

If you take in more fuel than you burn, the body converts it to stored energy (fat) within 24 hours. Conversely, if you take in less than you burn, the body pulls energy out of fat cells, and you lose weight. So, to lose weight, you gotta decrease fuel intake, or increase your fuel burn, or a combinion of both. It's that simple.

In your case, you need to change the fuel/work balance by 500 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week (which is the recommended rate). In your case, that can be by exercising more (walking for 90 minutes a day will do it), or lowering calorie intake by 500 (substituting fruit, salad, etc for an order of fries would suffice), or a combo of both.

What we're really talking about here is a LIFESTYLE change. A "diet" isn't something you "do" until you lose weight. IT is a change to your entire lifestyle, as you MUST learn to eat differently (no, not starve yourself, just eat differently) and exercise more. If you don't then your weight will keep on getting worse.

Suggestions -- join the local YMCA, find an exercise class that you can almost enjoy, and sign up for it. Then join a local Weight Watchers, or at least make friends with a WW person who can coach you to eat differently

Don't use diet pills or shakes. Those simply make you poop more, or make you hyper, or decrease your appetite. When you stop using those things, the weight will come back WITH A VENGENCE if you haven't done the lifestyle changes above.

limit your calorie intake, drink nothing but water. eliminate most of your sugar and sodium intake. probably 1200 calories would be good for you. ive lost 40 pounds in 3 months. its really not all that hard when you really want to lose. you need support, perhaps a weight loss buddy. and you also need a strong willpower. losing weight is not impossible so dont you think it is. you dont even have to exercise to lose weight just eat right, although exercise helps. anyway good day to you

For starters:
Drink a lot of water, reduce fat intake, eat in small bites(it satisfies taste buds and help in avoiding over eating) and WALK. At least a 45 min walk daily is the best.

Then follow ideas given above.....

the best way to loose weight is eat 5 small meals drink a lots of water,cut on soda,and very important to exercise,you will loose weight,slower,but you will keep it off,if you see that you have a problem with this than see endocrinologist,make sure to check you thyroid the test calls t3 good luck.

just eat a very healthy and balanced diet...eat six small meals a day so u dont overeat
lots of fruits and vegetalbes, whole grains and lean proteins
do some cardio exercise every day for at least 30 minutes

Exercise, nothing beats Exercise, proper food, and Activities!
I suggest going to a gym or seeing a proper doctor for better suggestions. There are books that you can buy about this.
