Bitterballen is a Dutch pastry right? You can try visiting Oosters, a Belgium Brasserie (Bakery). It's a beautifully renovated shop house at 25 Church Street, #01-04 Capital Square Three, Singapore 049482. The bitterballen cost about $13 but if you have the craving....why not?
You can also try Bisous Bar, which is located very close to Oosters at #01-01 Capital Square Three.
I'm not quite sure if the pastry is sold in supermarket...but you could enquire with them. Bon apetite!

You're talking about about the Bitterballen (Meatball Hors d'oeuvre), aren't you?
The Food Guides turned you a whole lot of site, unfortunately, in Malay!
I'd suggest you try the local Yellow Pages and call all the Super Markets there and ask.
Sorry, I couldn't help you with this, but then, I'm so far away and don't know Singapore.
Cheers.
