Yes, there are lots of people drinking in Ramadan which are not fasting, but I dont believe that any fasting people drink at nite!!! Its impossible.

Hello dear!
Well, according to Islam, there are certain periods in the year that the believers are fasting!
During this fasting period, Muslims do not take any food or drink while the Sun is up but allowed to eat and drink (of course non alcoholic beverages) after sunset and before sunrise!
This is not true only in Turkey but wherever there are Muslims!
