Just joking, but seriously you need to contact someone who is in charge of that and get another one as soon as possible and I'm pretty sure it won't be hard to do

You have two options. The first one is to visit the USCIS web site mentioned in a previous answer, but that will take a long time. The second possibility depends on how far away you are from a U.S. border. As long as you are still eligible under your current visa, you can simply leave the country and then when you return to the U.S., you can get a new I-94, it will only take a few minutes and cost you $6. I don't know your citizenship, so be sure you are eligible to enter Canada or Mexico before you go.

The authorities hold on to a copy of the I-94. So you can get another one done, might be a long process but its doable.

Sorry, I don't even know what an i-94 is, but I guess you can go to where you got the first one to have it replaced?
