I want to add some personal appointments in my office outlook calender.We use microsoft outllook2003 and its shared.As I dont want to maintain a seperate calender or dairy for my personal appoinments,I want to use the same office outlook calender.When I add a appointment,how to hide it so that others who share my calender should not be able to see the details of my personal meetings???

There is an option called "Label" in each appointment which can be set to personal. As per privacy policy the details of the appointment is NOT shared even on colloaborative mode. I havent tried it, but I guess you can try and ask your friend to see if (s)he can see the details. Technically only the "Busy" mode set by you should be visible to others. I will also try and update this answer later.
