Try not drinking milk and eating fatty foods for awhile. If you eat a hamburger or pizza blot it good with paper towels. Take vitamins with zinc (with food) its a little hard on the stomach. You have to really watch your diet when you are growing you are sensitive to alot of junk food. Take a very soft brush like one of those electric spinning ones for the face. Dunk it in a liquid soap for acne. Clearasil and a few others are good. Use it on all the spots. Make sure you rinse all the soap off. Use a clean wash cloth. Also don't share a towel with any one. Pimples have germs. Make sure you keep a clean pillowcase.

Its your hormones that is causing the problem, its part of being a teenager. I had terrible skin myself when I was a teenager and I tried all kinds of stuff including antibiotics, creams, etc. If your looking for a good remedy to help clear your skin up try taking zinc, its a vitamin and it only cost about 4 dollars. I found that taking zinc really worked for me. If you take zinc take at least 30mg and make sure it has copper or buy a bottle of copper which is only a few dollars. Zinc deprives your body of copper so you must put it back in your body. Zinc is very good for you because it also prevent you from getting colds, flu, etc. You could also try MSM that is about 7 dollars and also works very well for acne pron skin. Remember you gotta start from the inside to clear up the outside. If you want to use a cream try neugtragena that works really good for acne pron skin. You can buy all these products in your local Wal-mart for under 20 dollars.

Sneezing and breaking out are pretty common for food allergies, and the most common one I know of that seems to cause acne is DAIRY.
Try going completely off of dairy for three weeks and see if it helps. It's definitely the cheapest way. :)
I know it did for me; I never break out anymore unless I'm extremely stressed and forget to wash my makeup off or something. Also, a good friend of mine was literally covered in acne all over her face, neck and back when I met her. She had it for years. She did a dietary elimination thing and found that eliminating all dairy completely stopped the acne. Now, she just gets one or two once in a while... again, from stress. She's never looked better!
Hope this helps

I just got this home remedy from my cousin, take Honey and cover the blemish with a dab of honey and place a Band-Aid over it. Honey kills the bacteria, keeps the skin sterile, and speeds healing. Works overnight. I myself also don't think it has to do with sneezing, and for your sake I hope not. What the heck, give this a try, you can't beat the price!! Good Luck, hope this works like a miracle for you then you can share with others. I have read from specialists a lot of these problems are not just the cleansers we use, but we fail to rinse or faces really good, and use cold water to close up those poors after using warm water to cleanse your face.

Uhhh, sneezing doesn't cause breakouts, lol!
If anything it's your hormones, there isn't much you can do about that!

if your face doesn't itch it's not allergies but hormones and sorry to say you'll have to wait for them to calm down
