If you are asking about shipping to USA, the requirements are proof of current rabies vaccination, and a form filled out by your vet, which states that your pet is not carrying parasites or communicable disease is required by some states and most airlines...No required quarantine, accept for livestock working dogs..> http://www.cdc.gov/Ncidod/dq/animal.htm#dogs

the exception being the state of Hawaii..They require quarantine of any pet coming from any where..

Be very careful buying a pet from another country,as you may get scammed out of the dog and money if you don't know the realiability of the person you're purchasing from.Many scammers are out there trying to make a fast buck.If something sounds too good to be true ,it usually is.Warning from someone who knows,believe me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are no universal laws on it. Each country has it's own set of regulations and laws on importing animals.

www.aphis.usda.gov is the arm of the government working with Customs, that does this,.....ask them.
