It all depends on why they are irregular. Did you recently start menstruating? Do you have PCOS? Have you ever had regular cycles? Are you Diabetic? Do you have Insulin Resistance? Are your androgens out of whack? and about 1,000 other things I can think of off the top of my head.
The best way to deal with this is to see your OB/GYN. They most likely will recommend birth control pills to regulate you, depending on what the problem actually is.
Good luck!

I always used Pamprin for cramps. Today, with the new meds like Advil, Alleve and Motrin, these would all help, too.Buy the generic versions. Even aspirin would help as it reduces inflammation. If the heating pad doesn't help much try a hot, hot bath.

hmm...do you have a healthy normal diet. If you diet a lot or skips meals or have an eating disorder that will happen....Make sure you're getting sleep everyday...Are you younger or older, I think you have to wait untill you're like 21 to have a more comlete regular cycle b/c your body is still growing and changing...All I can say is a gynecologist will help you better with this....Some of my friends and my mom use birth control and they say that'll help.
