If you're in India, you just have to try their world famous tea. Have some tea. Just try it. Maybe some Ceylon. Or a good Darjeeling. MMmmmm. Tea. I'm always ordering tea direct from India; what I'd give to try it right there, nice and fresh. You have to try it, and tell me about it. Or I'll go mad.
