My friend(Yuka) has a friend in China. But Yuka lives in Japan. Now, Yuka Loves this guy in China, but he only sees her as a friend. And Yuka only gets to talk to her chinese friend every weekend.
yuka wants to tell her friend that she loves him, but she wants to let him know how she feels. How can she do that?
PS: she knows he doesn't have a gf.

Ask her to propose the china guy thru internet i.e by every means.Also ask her to convey the msg even in Yahoo answers to just portrait how mad she is on that guy.

tell her to post a question on yahoo answers saying her situation like u kno her heart's feeling
then post the guy the web site of the page and he'll get to kno thast the girl how she feels
its simple and cool! girls who makes 1st move is too cool
