I just started getting this IE problem which then terminates IE.
Add-on failure, I have disabled this add-on and all seems okay right now. File: FLASH.OCX (not verified) macromedia, inc. macromedia flash player 7.0r19.
I have updated and ran my symantec AntiVirus and spybot - no probs showed.
Anyone know what this is, what this means, what else can I do, is this a virus?

try going to adobe.com and reinstalling both Flash player and Shockwave players

Seems like there is a discrepancy with your browser using these two plugins.

Wait...people still use I.E.???
You are in the Firefox era, dude...get with the times.

but yeah, its probally a virus or trojan hiding deep in the system or there was a glitch with I.E. permantly owning it. My Suggestion is to download Firefox (safer, better, easier) and see if it still messes up. If it doesn't...I.E. is screwed and re-installing windows may be a good idea if you really miss I.E. if it shows up for firefox...you may need to completely re-format.
