If you also feel dizzy sometimes and have noticed that you get tired easily it might be. Also if it's hot outside and you feel like you constantly need to sit down you might have anemia. A simple blood test can tell you for sure.

Best of luck

Are you pregnant? Just kidding - don't ask this kind of question if you do drugs, drink or are taking steroids - because the answer is then obvious. If it's none of that - then you may be experiencing a bit of depression. See your doctor. It's really normal for most young people to have depression on some level at some time. Alot of young people are also involved in too many activities and may need to cut back a bit. If you don't exercise or work out - that's a good place to start in feeling better regardless of why this is happening. Eating healthier foods can help and drinking lots of water - taking a good multivitamin.

Could be anemia, or a thyroid disorder, or just plain old hormones. Best bet is to have your parents take you to the dr for a check up, and have him do a few simple blood tests.

Best thing to do is to see your doctor. Talk to your parents about this. It could be anemia, or simply lack of sleep. Either way, you need to find out what is going on.
