I've been trying to just forget him and move on but its impossible! Somehow, even though he is not all that hot or what not, i find myself weirdly attracted to him. I'm afraid to say anything even to our mutual friends as I'm afraid word might get to him and our friendship will go to the dumps. Help!

Try just being open and honest with him, everybody appreciates a bit of honesty every now and again. Just put everything out on the table, if he really is your friend then he will understand. Who knows, he may like you as more than just a friend as well and the news will be good for him to hear. Like I said, just come out and tell him how you feel, im sure everything will turn out right.

Tricky... well depends on what this guy is like. Is he approachable? if it were me, id definetely tell him how i felt, i hate wondering!! But id wait until i got some sort of signal that he felt the same just to save mself the embarrassment.
But u know what they say ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.. so maybe take a lok at body language. If he's really into u then trust me you'll soon enough know about it. I find that sometimes im attracted to a guy, but before i know it im over it, without pursuing anything. So think about what you really want. And at the end of the day if your not really attracted to the way he looks, Could u really see yourself in a relationship with this guy? You need to satisfy your eyes too :)

You should make a move on him hey you only live once. I had a friend in school who was attracted to me and he never made a move on me. I did know he liked me but was waiting for him to do it first. I would of said yes in a second if he would of only told me. So do it the worst he can say is no and if he would say no at least you can move on and focus on looking for someone else you said you've tried to forget him. You never know he might be the one. Do it little by little give him hints and if he likes you too he will return your flirting. good luck and don't be like me you should see him now he has a great job and so cute I ran into him when I was pregnant.

Ok, everything is cool. Just talk to him when you 2 are by yourselves. Tell him exactly how you feel about him. Then after you done telling him ask him if he likes you too. But also be upfront about your friendship with him and tell him that if he doesnt feel the same away that you do about him then you can remain good friends that you are. But the question is, can you handle his rejection, Since you are good friends with him and attracted to him?

I am a male and my girl friend also had the same problem. It is good to say that you are attracted by him and you want to maintain a special relations. If you do not have the guts to say in person send him a mail putting all your feelings in it. I am in good relation with my girl friend and now it is 24 years since. Though we are married to different persons and have our children of our own we maintain a good relations. We share our difficulties and talk of the difference we have with our counter part and sort it out ammicably. If still you have a problem you can use this mode to talk to me in this regard

Just tell him, it's either that or sit around moping on here telling everyone how much your life sucks because you can't find anyone blah blah blah. Sometimes it's right in front of your face. Life is not an episode of Dawson's Creek, there is nothing wrong with friends dating each other. Geez who makes up all these stupid rules?

Hi! I think you should just risk it and let him know how you feel. Or maybe if you have a very good friend ask them to HINT to him something about you and find out what he thinks. Then this way you can avoid embarrassment and its just between you and your trusted friend. Good luck!

don't worry...just talk to him about it and tell him. It'll make you feel better and it won't ruin your friendship.

I told my friend that i liked him, and he told me that he didn't like me back, and i felt awkward, so i started avoiding him for a while. But then i realized that i didn't want to lose him as a friend so i told him that yeah..i was avoiding him and he told me that he saw it as well. and after that. we're still friends...really good friends too. =D

so don't worry about it. just talk to him, tell him how you feel, and if you really are insecure..tell him taht you don't want anything to ruin your friendship with him. it'l be okies

just tell him your feelings.
it's no big deal.
give him some time to get used to the idea, because he might say no at first then after a week or two realise what he's missing.
