Well, I am a nurse and I can't say either way? I can't say of any studies on the medical side that I have read. It's something I am going to look into. Hmmm? I know it sure taste good!

I take a Spoon of Honey in My Herbal Tea!
And make a Mean Salad Dressing with it too!

Im not sure about living longer as in one of those Sci-Fi life plants or something..
But it can increase your chance if living longer, but not guarnteed... It can boost your immune system and such to give you a healthy life.. If taken in moderation.. *As in dont squeeze bottle after bottle into your mouth every minute...*
But my Great Grandmother used to feed me organic honey everyday when I was young.. like 1-3...
Rarely ever got sick lol... and good times... good times..
Sucks she died :(

Honey has a lot of benefits! I know of a woman who is old, and doesnt look her age at all. She tells me it's because she eats honey and spreads it on her wrinkles every day.
