I love nice feeling soft sheets but i am not sure what fabric or brand to get.. my friend had a set they were so nice like fluffly soft t-shirt...if you know what it is of brand can you provide me info and a link please?

Either 100% organic cotton or 100% organic hemp fabric is both the softest as well as the least intrusive on the cellular structure of our human skin. If money is not an issue for you, then look for 100% organic cotton linen. Equally important is to only wash your fabrics with 100% organic(no GMO and chemical free) laundry detergent and fabric softener, and/or 100% organic reuseable dryer sheets(7th Generation is a good brand).

you can buy flannel sheets for the winter time. i've bought "charter club" and "hotel collection" sheets which are really good quality. if you're going to buy regular cotton sheets, look for ones made with egyptian cotton with a high thread count (i.e. 300-400).
macys.com has a wide selection. i believe they're having a big sale right now too.

It could be in the wash or fabric softener, but the better quality sheets usually have a very high thread count which means they are knit tighter.

Egyptian Cotton is nice but I prefer flannel sheets. My gf likes t-shirt sheets but I am not sure where those can be found.

Egyptian cotton, satin, or either silk woud be a good type, or you can go to a store like pier one imports.
