and no its not because im a pothead haha...each time i fall to sleep im awaken by twitching in my neck or somrtimes my shoulders etc and else where its been happening alot lately. what is it?

actually, it probably IS because you are a pothead. Usage can cause involuntary movements as long as it's in your bloodstream. Otherwise, twitching at night is normal when you are first falling asleep.

i get that too, and i dont do any drugs. wonder what it is. sounds like restless leg syndrome but twitching in the whole body. you should see a doctor.

i get that too, but little twitches... might be my arm or my leg or shoulder or chest... it's like nerves firing off on their own. Yeah... and I don't hardly take asparin.

it could be because of drugs, you need to ask a doctor. rick does it now too, mostly kicking and its just happened since he had surgery last year and lots of cancer drugs.
