Hmmm, I am a night person ... so I am more awake and busy after 7pm. I just gravitate towards staying up late and have difficulty waking up in the morning. Morning people are the opposite and tend to get more accomplished during the day - which is to their benefit since many jobs are 'day' jobs.
Some people say they are one or the other.

General ideas? I'm not sure what you're asking How are we different? Umm, well, I work at night and like it because there are less people around but I consider myself a day person because I like to wake up in the early morning when it's really quiet. Did that help?
