He's the smaller brown dog, and he's about 4-5 months old in the pictures.
I've been told by a few people that've seen him in person that he's an APBT (the actually working type pit bull, not the mutated 90 lb asthma prone bow legged kind).

Here are a few pics of APBT:
The reason I though APBT is because I found a few pics of these APBT's:

lol, thanks. He's gotten that "cute" comment quite a bit.

Cate - His temperment is ok. He's gets along with my other two dogs, except over food. He'd defend his last pebble of food with his life. lol. Ok, maybe just until my golden retriever/german shepherd male shows his what's what. lol

I live in rural Arkansas, so the odds of him being a Shar pei mix are slim to none.

Here are a few pictures of APBTs:

And for people who have no idea how varying the breed can be:

I'd say maybe he's a mix, one of those being the pit bull.
Whatever he is, he sure is cute! :)

Maybe look at some pics of the staffordshire bull terrier. It's a different breed than the pit, smaller and stockier. He also looks like he may have some shar pei. What's his temperament like? If he's quite agreeable and easily dominated by you, he may be something other than Staffordshire.

This dog is a mixed breed of something. By the ears it could have pit in it but a little. It does not have the jaw structure or shape of a pit bull. Too long of nose for a pit bull, but it has the right body structure.

He could be a yellow lab/pitt bull mix. Ask your vet if they know. He has the body shape of my dog. I have a girl black lab /pitt bull mix with light blue eyes, I got her from the SPCA when she was seven months old. She just turned nine years old and is in excellent health all her life. She loves kids, grownups, other dogs and cats. Her vet says she is one of the best behaved dogs in her clinic. I've never had any trouble from her and I would get a pure breed pitt bull. By the way he is really cute, good luck with him and the other dogs. I hope my story helped.

Looks like he might have some lab in him mixed with some Stafforshire Bull Terrier (go to the AKC website - they are in the Terier group.)

Definitely looks part Staffordshire terrier to me..Check this pic out:http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/staffordshirebullterrier.htm
And all these:http://www.bulldogbreeds.com/staffordshirebullterrier/photos.html
Of course, he's obviously mixed with something else..his head is a bit too long and thin for a Staffie, but his ears are set close, just like that breed.I bet he's got some Lab in him too. What a beautiful dog you have!

he is for sure at least a pit bull mix, probably will be medium size from what i can tell from the paws. treat him good, train him right and expose him to others, children too as long as he is not aggressive, and he will make a great dog.

He looks like Pit & Shar-Pei, especially with the wrinkles on his head, or if he has loose skin other places on his body.
