While a very cheerful organization, the Lollipop Guild is - alas - defunct. Maybe its just as well, though, because if the Munchkins were alive today they may be playing people like attorneys on Boston Legal (which isn't as cute as being a Munchkin but which has a much more positive image for shorter people).

If, however, you have an overwhelming urge to sing, "We welcome you to the Lollipop Guild" I suppose you could start your own organization, recruit a bunch of short people, put on the cute outfits, and stand at your town line, in the airport, or on the platform when the commuter rail screeches in.

I think 3ft. is the limit. Anywho... You have to Dorothy's house in Kansas and fill out an application there. If Dorothy approves it, she'll send it to Willie Wonka for review. If Willie Wonka likes your resume, he'll call you for a phone appointment. Once that's done, if HE likes you, he'll give your name to Mother Goose for another interview. If you get past Mother Goose, you'll have one last interview with the Tooth Fairy. She's the hard one to impress. She knows all about you already because Santa Clause is her Uncle and he gives her access to his naughty / nice lists. If you make it through all the interviews, and you're not on the naughty list, you're in!!

By the by, they have great benefits. The Tooth Fairy supplies the dental plan herself.

Good luck to ya. I have a cousin that works there and you can use me for a reference.

There's a meeting hall in Munchkin Land and a few information kiosks in Gillikin country. I think that's it. Uh, you know about the height requirement, right?
