i believe that the Holy Spirit *inspired* the Bible, or guided the biblical writers to say the right things, and he also helps us understand the Bible (to a certain extent -- there is a lot to be said for careful scholarly study ;). the Holy Spirit's work improves our minds and wisdom and the Holy Spirit within us can help us recall Scripture, but i wouldn't say that the Bible = Holy Spirit because that would limit him in a way, i suppose. as for the name, i'm not sure he has one. i have just always called him the Holy Spirit. thanks for the question!

The Holy Spirit does not have a name. it inspired the people to write the bible. The Holy Spirit is kind of what God send. If you pray and you are lost, you may all of a sudden feel lifted or better. That could be the Holy Spirit sent to you. The people of the Bible were sent the Holy Spirit to guide them in writing the Bible.I hope this helped. A lot of people are confused when it comes to the Holy Spirit.Great question, thumbs up!

Well that of which I know is, that the Holy Spirit doesn't really have a name. But the Holy Spirit has come in many forms, such as: Jesus Christ, a dove, and countless others. I think the Holy Spirit is meant to be undefined, so that we or those as believers can sort of define within ourselves to exactly what the Holy Spirit is.

The name El o heem is plural and means Crater God. Jesus calls the Holy Spirit the comforter and the Spirit of Truth.John 14.
I don't know if this qualifies as a name but we don't call upon the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit dwells in us. We call upon Father God in the name of your son Jesus the Christ. I hope this is enough information.

No the holy spirit does not have a name it is not a person but God's active force, that he uses to acomplish the things he wants to dobut the Bible is a book and does not do anything except contain God's word.

excellent question, ben. From my understandings, the holy spirit is like God's Soul. I know, it's a strech. But it makes sense if you think on it for a while. Does your soul have a name? If it did, it would probably be ben. So i think the holy ghosts name is, infact, yahweh, or jehova.

yes SHE has a name, but HER name is hidden from you in this world in rebellion against TheG-D WHO is giving TheTorah. in order to try and keep you from speaking HER NAME in blastphemy, thus commiting you to eternity into the pit of no return. so serious, is this, that even if i knew HER NAME, i would not reveal this to anyone in this world, under penalty of torture or death. if you ever should make it to GanEden, only then shall you be revealed even more about G-D. but in this hell, no way. the most i can reveal to you, is this involves TheOUR IMAGE of G-D given to TheHe and She Adam, in the first comming of Adam. since this is in TheTorah. shalomcha vshalomech!
