I once had something similar to this happen, but truth to tell even after you get your tat you will still get them in the same spot. I would try blemish removers, those will get rid of em within 4 days or so, then I would take an alcohol like for faces, and I would rub it in the area that you're planning on gettin tatted, and continue to do so. After you get your tat the skin will be irritated and trying to heal so you won't actually get any zits on your tat until after its healed, every now and then I get little ones, it just happens! Good luck!

this may sound nasty, but if the blemish sticks dont work and the acne pads dont work before your appointment, the pimples dont really matter, my uncle does tattos, and people have pimples on their backs ALL THE TIME, he just goes over them, they pop sometimes when the needle pokes them, but the artist wipes off your back every few seconds anyways, plus the ink goes INTO your skin dont worry, there wont be skipped spots where your pimples USED to be.

wait until they go away and wait to see if they come back. b/c if they come back after u get ur tattoo, it could cause complications with how ur tattoo turns out after it heals.

try using a blemish stick.
