Ok, decide before you start what you're goal is going to be. For your weight, I would recommend staying under 145. In my opinion, 130 would be perfect for you. Proportion is important also; you want to be evenly distributed. Eat everything, that's a balanced diet. Just eat more ice cream and potatos than anything else. As far as exercise, don't ever stop drinking a lot of water and do about 100 sit ups a day - you can break it up into 2 workouts. This will help your stomach stay flat. Do pushups too: 25,20, then 15 with a minute rest in between. This will keep your triceps from getting flabby and put an inch or two on your chest for support. Also, don't be surprised if men of color hit on you more, we like meat on the bones. Hope this helps.

you sound just fine. you shouldn't consider getting fat or loosing weight just because that is the trend. It changes almost every day! What are you going to do? get fat, loose weight and then start all over again. It is harmful to the body if you do that. Just be happy with what you think a woman should look like, that is why so many people are appreciated...individuality, being happy with how you look like and who you are even if you are different from others

Okay I have your problem, and here is some serious answers that I have researched/been told. First of all, still eat healthy, dont stuff yourself silly, and do excercise.
Eat higher calorie fruits and veggies (bananas, carrots, apples basically any fruit and veggie that is not watery.
protein! Eat lean meat, eat peanutbutter, ask your doctor about taking some protein powder, my doc prescribed me some to take, and it actually doesn't taste to bad.
Eat healthy high calorie foods like nuts, legumes, wheat crackers.
Never be plain. Top your toast with maregines made with healthy fats, peanut butter, jelly. add cheese to your scrambled eggs. This will add calories without filling you up. Cook with healthy olive oil and sprinkle it on your saled, add eggs, crackers and other filling stuff to your salads. fill omelets with cheese and veggies. Order creamy soups.
Swich to whole grains, there healthier and more calorie dense. Eat complex carbohydrates, not loads of sugar.
Eat 3 meals and at least 3 snacks.
here are some healthy high calorie snack ideas.
1. plain full fat yogurt and frozen berries blended together and some peanuts mixed, makes a great dip.
2. Cheesy garlic bread made with whole wheat bread.
3.peanut butter on toast with bananas washed down with full fat milk.
4.whole wheat blueberry muffins, or pancakes
5. Pasta!
6. homemade pizza.
Now, If you wanna gain weight but still be healthy do weight training and resistance excercises. Do crunches, and buy hand and ankle weights, and use them. And jump rope too, or swim.remember muscle ways more than fat!

At 5'1, 105 lbs. would be perfect (http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm) as it has the lowest morality rate. I'd suggest eating oats for breakfast (.5 cup), large salad for lunch, and meat and limited carbs for dinner. All the best and good luck. I'm sure the extra weight will be well placed. Don't over do it.

I think that boys like slim girls (with some exception of course). The whole myth about "curvy" girls was made up by fat women who wanted to feel better. And when I say slim, I do not mean skinny...

Hi Cala, I don't think that is a good idea. Because if you gain fat, you don't know where it will end up. It might not go to the places you want and might end up all around your midsection, and then you will regret it! I think you would be better off building up your muscles in your chest, butt and legs, to give you more curves. This is also a more healthy way to gain weight. HTH : )

If you get fat, you will develop health problems like diabetes and heart disease. You'll die sooner overweight than you would at a normal weight.
It's hard to get fat off once you have it. You won't be able to sit on most furniture. Personal hygiene will become impossible to do.
You'll be taunted, teased, and attacked because you are overweight.
Stay the way you are. Don't kill yourself on a stupid notion.

Having curves doesn't mean you're fat and don't get curvey because the girls that have curves get more attention. You'll hear it all the time, don't change for anyone. Don't change your body weight because you want something different, change your hair or clothes or makeup. Don't live your life for others, live for yourself, you are the only one whose with you your entire life.

you are most probably one of the lucky few who can eat anything and loose it as fast as your food. while that is a blessing (because some of us live to eat) it can also be bad for your health.
milk has always been a good source of calcium. calcium is good for bones which is good for bulk as well.
you should eat foods that are high in carbs. in very cold countries, you will find that most citizens are bulked because they have to preserve heat in the cold conditions. daily meals would consist of steaming stews of carrots, onions, meat, eggs, cheese and barley. it helps sustain the appetite as well as the weight.
here are some site that may help you find a solution. good luck.
