To Pre-cook sausages:
Boil the sausages in water for about 2-3 mins per 1/4 inch of diameter. Remove from water and pat dry. Spread onto a flat pan and freeze. (I also poke mine during boiling to release some of the fat and calories.)
To cook...remove from freezer, microwave for 15 seconds for sausage links or 25 seconds for hot-dog sized links. Put on the grill and mark both sides.

Cook the sausage about half way and then immediately package them and freeze them, finish in the microwave order by order...cook in microwave for 2 minutes for patties and about 1 minute for links.

Might want to be a little bit more specific? But anyway, just cook your normal way, fry, broil or bake, then just refrigerate until needed & reheat either microwave, steamer etc.?

You don't have to do that, you can buy precooked sausage. Saves you the trouble. You can get it frozen.
