First, I'd like to address all of those who responded to you by saying "no, can't think of a reason" and also those who responded by saying "don't be a victim.....no spine...etc".
You all should be ashamed of yourselves...I mean really...someone is out there hurting and your response is to add to the insult. Do this person and everyone else a favor, and keep your shitty answers to yourself.
Now to answer You- the person who has asked this question. The reason you should stay alive is because for whatever reason someone somewhere needs you...this world needs your presence. We need you, here in this shitty forum. The people who wrote negative responses to you Need you...at the very least to be a teacher of compassion.
Look...go organize your sock drawer...Take Micro-movements towards a course of action. And, if you don't feel like living...than Fake it 'till you make it.
Peace.

Temporarily stay out of the way of the jerks and focus on you. You might have something that you don't notice that makes you vulnerable. Don't be quick to help and give advice. Don't go way out of your way to help people you might be addicted to helping too much. You need to take the time for you. Be polite and quiet and just focus on you. Notice your good qualities and the things that you have done right. Be sorry for any place that you may have victimized or abused someone and realize that you are not perfect and that being perfect is unrealistic. Forgive them and forgive yourself. Be a listener. Go outside listen to the birds, bugs and the wind. Listen to little kids talk to each other see how simple they keep life. Go back to the very basics of just learning and appreciating what you have and the rest will come.

South Park and the Simpsons. When all else fails learn to laugh. See yourself as being more blessed than others in the world currently. Staying alive can help make the difference for those less fortunate even if by be being a voice for those or other victims like yourself. Empathy can be a powerful feeling and a very good friend.

then stop being one, respect yourself and get away from people that don't respect you. do something for yourself, get a new job, start a project, do thing that could please you. You haven't mentioned your age but I'm sure there is at least one person or family member that loves and appreciates you. trying to end your life is the cowards way out, and by expressing your problem you've proved you aren't one. Time is the best medicine, whatever happened to you. Life is worth living no matter what happens, all of those who answer you have had problems, maybe even ones that seemed to have no solution at one point but with work, ambition and the help of close ones got through them. You have to work hard to make things work and get results. Set yourself small objectives and work to achieve them, you'll see how proud of yourself you'll be once you see them accomplished. And then aim higher. We never get what we can't take and your past experiences will make you stronger.

Yes, hang in there!! It really is true -- whatever you're going through, will change; but you also have to plan for your future, and what you want to do with your life. You don't have to be a victim!
Without further details on whatever it is that's got you so depressed, I would say look at the lives of others who have suffered, and rose above their personal circumstances, to become great. Think of Beethoven -- do you realize he was deaf when he wrote the 9th Symphony? He was very depressed after losing his hearing, and nearly took his life! What a loss for humanity would that have been!
Think of your strengths, your talents -- you have so much to offer to the world -- develop yourself, and do not let suffering harden your heart.
Find someone who has a worse situation than you, and help THEM....
PLUS, don' cha wanna see how it all turns out?

you're only a victim if you believe you are a victim. people who have a victim attitude do not see that they are responsible for their lives and their feelings. I know, i've been there.
I hope you realize that there is only one you, and the world would lose a very unique person if you left. What do you enjoy doing? do you like caring for animals, do you like art, are you musician? find something that you are passionate about and make it your focus. find a purpose. Who was it who said, "Whatever you do in life will not be very important, but it is very important that you do it."

Ok, this is meant to be a serious answer, but also want to make you chuckle because smiling makes life much better... If my child ever asked that question.. Here is what I would do.. I would slap him upside the head and say "Boy, I pushed your big head out for 4 hours.. You ain't going no where..." Just remember that someone somewhere loves you and you would make them cry if you left.. Heck, even I love you as a fellow human.. I think you should stick around hun.. I hope I have helped and brought you a hint of a smile in your dark time.. If you need to talk, can you email me from here? I dont know... well anyways, I am here..

Then you have to stop acting like a victim.. stop feeling sorry for yourself.. Do you think that everyone is having so much fun in their lives that they can hardly sleep for the excitement... Life is hard. It can be fun, but it can be really hard.. The nice thing, is that it can change everyday.. and there can be a lot of joy. You just have to ride out the tough times.

Okay, first of all, don't listen to all the people on this site who told you to suck it up and stop being a victim. If someone's abusing you, it's not your fault. It sucks, but please, call a help line in your area, or go to a mental health clinic. They can help. They want to help you. As for reasons to stay alive, I like to keep it simple. Chocolate, sleeping in, pets, snow, belly laughing, sunshine, rain, music, a full-body massage, dressing up to go out, ladybugs, butterflies, squirrels chasing each other, surprises, hot tea on cold days, and all the people who care about you. There are so many reasons to live. Please choose to live. I don't want you to die.

Wow! I have been this depressed before and it sucks! You feel hopeless, empty, worthless. But the question to ask is why do you feel this way? What ever the answer is, then you need to try and fix it. You need to know you are special... JESUS died for you! HE died because he loves you. If you have kids, they need you! They really do.... If you have your parents, they need you.... You are a very special person and you need to seek some sort of help from a doctor. What ever has gotten you this upset you need to talk about it.
Pick up the Bible and start reading the stories about Jesus and things that he did for us...
You must know that you are special, because look at how many people have replied to your question... We all care about you and love you.... Be strong! It will get better.
God bless you!!!!
