It does sound serious, like perhaps pancreatitis...she needs to see a vet as soon as you can.

Yes take her to the vet asap to be sure. It might just be a stomach upset- my dog (maltese) would shake and not even move/fall over...this happened a couple of times and each time I took her to the vet, it turned out that something didnt agree with her stomach. I gave her small doses of Pepto-Bismal (as ordered by the vet), fed her light meals like oatmeal or rice, and she felt better. However, your dog is very old and I would get her professionally checked out to make her as comfortable as possible.

You can take her to the vet.
I don't know if the vet can help her. She sounds pretty sick and her age could be a major factor. However the vet should be able to advise you on what you can or should do.
Dogs do get cancer, and this sounds a little like that. A vet would know if she should be made comfortable or put to sleep, or if she can be cured.

you should go see the vet real soon because it could be something as little like she ate something bad and turned into food passioning or like she ate something and and she has internal bleeding (you could she some blood in loose stools) my dog was vomiting right after she drank water i took her to the vet and she had a tumor inside of her troath (she had other signs too) take care of that!!! a healthy dog always loves to eat!!!
