yes, but it won't taste as good as fresh chocolate. The white stuff is called Bloom

it's not harmful to your health or anything...but when chocolate turns white...that means it is old and stale....they call that white stuff "bloom" in the chocolate industry.bloom will happen when chocolate is stale or stored at the wrong temperature...or erratic temperature....i wouldn't eat it unless you absolutely had to....if your going to eat chocolate...you might as well make it good quality, fresh chocolate....

If dark or milk chocolate turns white, chuck it out. It means it's dried out and is spoiled.

it will taste nasty. the white is the sugar seperating from the cocoa butter.
